To be direct, I like to win, especially when I see something special in an individual that they can bring to a role or organization. I am passionate about identifying and attracting talented individuals to join and enhance a culture I believe in. I thoroughly enjoy the dynamic that comes with supporting the internal needs of a company while engaging with an external client, the candidate, and using the information available to navigate the market. In my past two roles, I have supported two large teams within the recruiting function. My role spans understanding the needs and objectives of my business leaders, working with a team to execute those objectives, and working with various counterparts to ensure that those objectives are met to support a broader strategy. My current role has allowed me an opportunity to lead a team that promotes hiring in over 40+ locations across the country.
