I am responsible for enabling, accrediting, supporting & leading the Channel Technical Sales effort through complex value-based solution selling, for running special projects including BlackBerry Sales Lab, discovery workshops, technical enablement events and leading on channel Go-To-Market (GTM) activities.With frequent EMEA travel I regularly represent BlackBerry at road shows, industry and channel events as a product expert and speaker. Other duties include performing product demonstrations both in person and via web conferencing, and I go on to provide technical expertise, technical training, sales training and knowledge of the BlackBerry solutions to partners in pre-sale capacities.Key also to my role is engaging with various internal teams to identify applications, tools and value add to ensure product feedback, success and solution value is maximised by the customer.
