I led the Recruitment Marketing RPO team at Manpower Group. I was responsible for the recruitment marketing of some of the Group's biggest UK clients including Jaguar Land Rover, Babcock, QinetiQ and Northrop Grumman. I provided strategic direction on attraction and supported my team to deliver inspirational campaigns.
