Senior Instructional Design Analyst
CurrentApplies principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to the transformation of student-and teacher-facing print content into engaging and accessible digital learning and professional development experiences. Digital products include Interactive Shared Content Objects (SCOs), Interactive ePubs, adaptive testing engines, and digital teacher wrap. Designs, develops, and maintains math curriculum content using company software applications and authoring tools. Collaborates with Product UX Designers in the creation of digital prototypes. Provides guidance on prototype creation to ensure scalability for development.Provides guidance to cross functional team members on best practices for authoring digital content to ensure adherence to established instructional design guidelines, design style guides, and accessibility requirements.Ensures all products meet the high QA standards and the latest WCAG Accessibility requirements for web-based content delivery. Assists with testing, triaging, and testing issues related to accessibility.Works on cross-functional team projects by providing leadership with a focus on cost, schedule, quality, scope, and communication toward the successful delivery of various types of technology products.Plans, documents, and communicates processes in collaboration with others.Follows current trends and research on innovations and educational technology.
