Jon, who is completely bilingual in English and Spanish, has worked in education both in the United States and Mexico, from pre-kinder to the university. He has been a leader of change in well-established institutions, as well as startups.Jon led a nonprofit startup through a period of rapid growth, expanding the entire operations by over threefold, resulting in an organization with a $11 million operating budget, two school sites, a robust philanthropic culture and over 100 employees.
