- Lead the coordination of strategic partnerships throughout Alumni Affairs and Development to develop integrated marketing strategies to solicit 250,000+ alumni annually, grow alumni and student giving year over year, and raise broad base support for the annual funds.- Serve as a primary liaison with the college and unit annual giving staff, working with them to develop a cohesive marketing and donor participation strategy and coordinate implementation of comprehensive marketing plans to increase the number of alumni and student donors. - Provide leadership and expertise to the colleges and units, and facilitate regular dialogue between university AAD and campus partners to leverage opportunities, streamline efforts, and increase broad base fundraising effectiveness.- Serve as project manager for Cornell's annual Giving Day, leading the strategy, implementation, oversight, partnerships, evaluation, and refinement of Cornell's flagship integrated marketing campaign which results in as many as 15,000 donors and $10 million raised in one day.- Spearhead and drive the piloting of innovative initiatives that will increase donor participation, and lead integration of new efforts making them scalable for colleges and units

Worked with Deans, program directors, and campus partners to develop, implement and manage broad based engagement/fundraising strategies for five schools and athletics. Supported leadership level advisory boards and committees. Provided leadership for variety of engagement/fundraising initiatives and special projects including the two largest gatherings of IC alumni in college history (61st Cortaca Jug at MetLife Stadium and Weekend on South Hill: 125 Years of Ithaca College). Spearheaded a series of innovative events and digital fundraising campaigns to create lasting engagement among IC alumni.

Managed facility operations and select capital projects. Facilitated the departments deferred maintenance and capital equipment budgets; included but not limited to multi year budget forecasting, renovation projects, and capital project management. Served as athletics’ liaison with multiple university departments including Campus Safety, University Events, Custodial, and Physical Facilities and Operations. Included serving on Commencement and Homecoming committees. Oversaw planning and scheduling of camps, clinics, and external events. Provided administrative oversight for several teams while overseeing full-time staff in the facilities and equipment room areas. Served as a liaison with ESPN for all Homewood Field operations and broadcast.

Aided in development of the first policy and procedures for the colleges new $65.5 million Athletics & Events Center. Oversaw game day operations for Higgins Stadium and Glazer Arena, while helping manage external events for Glazer Arena including youth track meets, trade shows, and University events. Coordinated facility scheduling for A&E Center/Higgins Stadium along with facility maintenance and capital purchases.

Managed business operations and budgeting processes for 26 intercollegiate varsity programs. Coordinated scheduling of the departments indoor and outdoor athletic facilities. Provided management and oversight for game day operations and special events, including the 2011 NCAA Softball Regional tournament. Acted as Sport Administrator select sports.

Conducted individual appointments and counseling sessions with prospective and accepted students. Implemented departmental communication strategies to enhance institutional recruitment goals and objectives. Reviewed and assessed application data for use in process re-design and reporting.
