I rather enjoy uncertainty and finding clarity from chaos.With 20 years military experience creating multidisciplinary high performing teams and delivering change in fast-paced environments, my specialism is generalism: taking a whole of enterprise view to align stovepipes, find efficiencies, and manage stakeholders to successfully deliver on time and to cost. I find the cornerstone to this is effective communication requiring good understanding of the strategic context, and making timely decisions mitigating risk through judgement and analysis. I have achieved this alone and with teams of all sizes scattered across the UK and globally in at times demanding circumstances.
