I provided IT services as part of a third-party company to Fundacentro, the organization under the Brazilian Ministry of Labor focused on workplace safety and health studies. I was responsible for ensuring the stability and data integrity of all Linux and Windows systems, supporting nationwide online services. I also implemented business processes to align the IT infrastructure with operational needs and spearheaded the migration from Windows to open-source systems, a project that became the focus of my Bachelor’s thesis.
