Every employee understands their role and the important part they play in ensuring we deliver a quality product and premium customer service.I can honestly say I'm never bored. Because we started as a small company, I’ve had the honor of wearing several hats during my tenure.As the Program Manager I’m responsible for company projects, including evaluation of employee benefits (health insurance, supplemental options, 401K, etc), liability insurance, and vendor services. Additional responsibilities include:- Keeping current company and job-related local business and contractor licenses- Tracking employee Security (keys, user IDs, and passwords)- Filing Prevailing Wage applications and affidavits- Completing Insurance audits- Assisting in preparation for annual tax reporting- Processing/tracking new orders, including the creation of Sales Orders, confirming sales tax status (wholesale or retail / in state or out of state sales), invoicing, receivables, and collections.- Maintain company database (created in Microsoft Access specifically for Rohner), ensuring any errors are dealt with in a timely manner and code is updated as needed to enhance the user’s experience.- Telephone system is kept current with addition/removal of employees.
