Designed a new product line entirely from ideation to creation in Object Oriented C# to integrate with a SOAP/REST API vendor. This dynamic tool allows clients to map multiple data sets from both SOAP and REST API and supports both incoming and outgoing data migration.Worked with clients to create custom solutions to a broad spectrum of data related issues such as ETL needs, custom operations, data migration or other custom processes as needed.Debugged, tested and deployed new feature updates and additions to existing products. Created custom APIs using .NET Web API to streamline reporting and to drive backend services for websites.

Supervise a small team of 6 analysts and provide both forecasting and (when required) direct support. Additional responsibilities include weekly direct meetings, check-ins and reviews.. The position is a 25/75 split between management duties and the continuing role of an individual contributor.Meet with clients, gather requirements, develop solutions and create reusable ETL routines for a host of different legacy databases to both Blackbaud CRM and Luminate CRM in the Salesforce Cloud.

Work directly with clients to address their individual needs and provide quality data conversion through direct mapping or custom normalization programming. Designed, often from nothing, a complex enterprise conversion strategy that meets the needs and delivers a functional database for some of the largest nonprofits today. These projects are tested daily as these nonprofits use those converted databases for their mission. Technologies utilized include Oracle, PLSQL, SQL server 2008, 2012, 2014, 2016 and many custom mapping, profiling, efficiency and conversion tools written by myself.

Worked directly with clients to direct and design a variety of systems including online shopping carts, custom CMS systems and database schema design in a wide swath of industries. Technologies included Linux, Unix, Windows, classic ASP, ASP.Net, SQL Server, mysql and a few projects that used entirely text file datasources.
