Joni has over 16 years of business and project management experience, and has held senior strategic management roles both internationally and in Australia. With experience in capital works programs and proficient in managing teams of over 100 staff at any one time, Joni has been involved in overseeing large-scale projects in property construction, infrastructure, disaster reconstruction, education and tourism.In 2011, Joni founded The Yellow Company, a Program Management Organisation focused on continuous innovation to support excellence through business process improvement, data analysis, reporting and strategic management. Joni held the position of Chief Executive Officer for this Brisbane based consulting management company. In 2014, Joni was recognised as a Finalist in the Telstra Business Women’s award for outstanding performance in business and innovation. In 2018, Joni completed the Master of Business Administration from the University of The Sunshine Coast.
