FieldFLEX is the leading developer of mobile enterprise software for corporate real estate, maintenance management (CMMS), enterprise asset management (EAM), and workplace management (IWMS). My specialty is with the mobile applications that work with IBM TRIRIGA.As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, my role is client facing and is to ensure we provide a quality solution to our clients through proper solution testing, working with the client’s testing team, providing support through UAT cycles to a client’s UAT team, and assisting with production support. Other functions include solutioning based on requirements, supporting internal product development initiatives, training both client and internal team members, and assisting the PMO.My current project assigment is to support a Europe based team for the implementation of FieldFLEX mobile on their TRIRIGA system. The project is very complex as it involves 150+ servers supporting multiple environments, and “blueprint” end users using a standard version of the software and then special end users with unique configurations. This project requires flexibility in working hours since the project is based in the Central European time zone, has resources involved globally, and production system maintenance windows are usually weekends to minimize end user impact.

Worked as a contractor for Newmark, Knight, Frank as a TRIRIGA Specialist where I developed clickstream training materials and user guides for Capital Projects and Real Estate Contracts, plus updated multiple functional design documents (FDD’s) to an as built state. Also, provided offsite support to the training team during a 2 week training session with a client.

Louisville, Kentucky Area

Worked for National Government Services (NGS), a division within Anthem, on their help desk assisting callers with any login issues, password resets, and any general issues with the site they were logging in to submit billing claims and records. This was a temporary contract position which was supposed to be for a year; however, they overestimated the expected call volume with the new software rollout and reduced the number of analysts.

In April, 2010, I was in a very serious accident, and during the 5 years I was recovering, performed computer support work for friends, family, and did a three-month contract to perform system upgrades including OS and install new hardware that was required for an accounting upgrade. Also, helped maintain and monitor an FTP site for any problems or data transfer issues.

As a Help Desk Technician, my responsibilities include:• Assist the Pizza Hut stores with any issues they may with down terminals, printers, monitors, thermal printers, vsat/DSL/Modems.• Work with the QuikOrder website deactivating menu items for internet orders and/or taking their stores offline for internet ordering and the call center. • Use SUS and FMS Linux based applications for dialing into the stores and fixing their issues. The SUS and FMS systems are specifically setup for Pizza Hut and sending commands to their systems.

As a Service Desk Analyst, my responsibilities included:• Answered calls from colleagues all over the world to whom I provided tier 1 and tier 2 support. • Worked with Active Directory, Outlook 2000 and 2003, Terminal Services, MS Office, Remedy, CA Unicenter, and use SMS to push software. • Assisted with special projects such as updating the company knowledge base with new trouble shooting steps and working with other teams to get better information. • Assisted with Severity calls by working with other support teams to get servers, web sites, and/or applications back in operation when a failure occurs.

As a help desk technician assigned as a contractor to Humana, performed tasks such as:• Assisted users with password problems.• Submitted tickets to request software for users.• Helped users with “how to” problems and general questions involving Metavance, CAS, Argus, PBS, CI, SIS, Oracle, PSync, the Humana web site, MyApps, eRoom, and Windows.• Setup users and troubleshoot problems related to Rightfax.• Identified problems users were having, resolved if able, and if not escalate to the appropriate team.

Worked at the UPS Shipping Solutions Center re-imaging computers from XP to 2000, then installed the computers out in the warehouse. Each workstation included installing a laser printer, thermal printer, and a scanner. This was a temporary project.

Worked for the family business providing IT services to a variety of clients. Examples:• Snell & Wilmer LLP (Las Vegas) —Brought in full time for a month but ended up being kept for over three months to perform help desk support, and assist in the implementation of Windows XP for this national law firm.• Qk4 (Louisville) —Worked as needed supporting printing systems, and performing workstation maintenance and updates at the corporate headquarters for this national engineering firm.• Potash Advertising (Louisville) —Worked as needed doing workstation support, wiring for phones and computer networks, and assisted with the renovation of their new office.

Working statewide in Wal-Mart stores upgrading IBM point-of-sale terminals. Required the replacement of the motherboard, configuration, and testing of designated units. The project involved extensive travel, working in an extremely intense environment, and following methodical instructions. This was a temporary contract position.

Managed internal reprographics systems for this architectural firm. Maintained and used a variety of printing systems including Ikon color laser systems; Hewlett Packard ink jets, laser jets, and plotters; blue line copiers; and a wide format scanning/printing system from Oce.
