Improvement--it's what we all want. We want to enjoy life and work better. We want to tackle the friction and pain in our days. We want higher quality time doing the things we love. I ask questions to understand where you are, were, and want to be, and, focusing on your strengths, we move forward.CliftonStrengths and a coach were utterly transformational for me after I closed a 30 year career in EMS. Now, I get to bring all those years of learning, with new learning, to help the next generation of Providers, leaders, and their agencies to achieve more than they thought they could.If I knew then what I know now, my career, my parenting, my marriage, my life, would have had fewer "I can't" moments and more "I can".

My first non-EMS job in more than twenty years. I bring a quality improvement and strengths-centered approach to this fourth-generation family owned business, as a frontline assembler of farm material and manure-handling equipment. I'm gaining a whole new perspective of the work that goes on in our community, with non-EMS people who lead non-EMS lives.

I provided EMS crews, doctors, nurses, administrators, abstractors, and support people with timely information, recommendations, and a listening ear; working through a process or the root causes of a problem human factors and Lean Six Sigma principles helped me understand more fully why things go the way they do.

I benefitted the organization, patients, and business partners including hospitals, EMS Medical Directors, and State Officials, by serving with an attention to detail, integrity, and desire to improve myself and those around me.

I developed a leadership team that managed a 150+ person Ride Operations Department and reduced turnover by 20%. Received the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions' safety award (2000); received the Maine Tourism Board tourism promotion award (2000)
