As co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of IXACT Contact Solutions, a leading provider of cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to the residential real estate industry, I was part of the leadership team that worked together to develop and implement company strategy.As CTO of a small organization, I was directly responsible for many areas of the business, including product, engineering, operations and support, with a number of direct reports in each of these areas.Over 12 years we grew the company to 20 full-time staff and over 15,000 active paying users across the U.S. and Canada. During this time I led the expansion of our product offering to include real estate agent websites and a social media marketing add-on.In 2021 the company made a successful exit when 100% of the shares were acquired by a private equity backed real estate software company out of Texas. After 18 months assisting with the integration of the company and its technologies into the parent organization, I amicably parted ways with the new owners.
