I was responsible for the PMO covering the UK, India and South Africa portfolios. The function managed the pipeline, resourcing and strategic portfolio of projects. Typical projects that were the remit of the team included Voice and non-voice transition’s, IT system implementations, transformation programmes and New organisation setup. I was also involved in the RFP/bid process and designed transition strategies for client’s projects. In my time at Webhelp I personally or oversaw the transition of 95% of projects from 2005 to 2014.

I was responsible for the programmes across HEROtsc and large –scale voice and non voice transitions for new and existing clients. In my time as programme manager I was also involved in a number of programmes involving large-scale new client transition and strategic initiatives. I also managed a number of IT orientated projects. I was responsible for full end-to-end programme cycles and budget control, typical projects budgets was upto £7 million.Key achievements as Programme Manager • Managed a programme to successful conclusion to transition 23 service lines and 2700FTE in which 500 FTE was TUPE over 4 sites including offshore. As a project manager working in the projects team I was responsible for a projects ranging from new business transition, IT system implementations, acquisition projects and department restructure/people change projects.Key achievements as Project Manager• Managed a successful project that involved the deployment of a call recording platform across 3500 FTE, 6 sites and 4 clients.• Transition a collections business that was acquired involved 75 FTE plus all processes and then the transformation improvement programme resulting in 27% performance and quality increase.• Successfully managed a home-working pilot• Successfully transition 200 FTE for a B2B office stationaryvoice service centre into a new location.

I joined as interim project manager to review the current transport scheduling and proof of delivery processes. A business case was developed to update the transport scheduling system and implement a electronic POD system. The business case for the new system was built on increase speed on job invoicing, loss of work jobs due to admin errors and unable to invoice and to reduce damage reports resulting in lower claims.

Whilst I was at Capita/DSG group I worked in a number of operational roles within an outsourcing environment. My last role was working as a transition manager after a service was being transition out to another provider both offshore and the UK.
