• As a project manager working in the projects team I was responsible for a projects ranging from new business transition, IT system implementations, acquisition projects and department restructure/people change.
• Managed a successful project that involved the deployment of a call recording platform across 3500 FTE, 6 sites and 4 clients.

I joined as interim project manager to review the current transport scheduling and proof of delivery processes.
