With over 10 years of experience leading projects and collaborations at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, I excel at strategic project planning, knowledge sharing, innovative thinking, and critical evaluation. My goal is to effect positive change on patient outcomes through technology and assay development.My current research focuses primarily on the development and validation of biomarkers for the diagnosis and assessment of risk and recurrence in colon cancer. Within this research framework, I have critically evaluated technologies to carry out large-scale validation studies, developed industry collaborations for clinical validation studies, and effectively directed diverse collaborative efforts to successful conclusions. I enjoy leading and being a part of efforts that allow my passion for science can be combined with my desire to positively impact peoples' lives.
