Bestowed on them the knowledge of and skill in applying a large range of methods and principles used to gather, analyze, and evaluate information concerning the logistics management processes, draw conclusions, and prepare written reports and recommendations. Provided training in the development of a medical logistics system. Trained Senior Officers in medical and non-medical material management, automated logistics systems, budgeting formulation and implementation, long and short range planning process, and in property accountability and property management. Oversaw the procurement, integration and Fielding of all medical equipment and systems to include system modifications and environmental concerns. Supervised the preparation and implementation of comprehensive training programs for selected Saudi Nationals to improve the logistics operations of the Military Field Medical Command. Used knowledge of specialized methods and techniques to advise and assist in the development and implementation of a modernized medical logistics operation to include procurement, integration and Fielding of all medical equipment and systems to include modifications and environmental concerns, and to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of medical logistics activities.
