• Served as the senior enlisted advisor/operations chief during Operational Planning Team and the transition staff that established the new Deputy Commandant for Information. Advised the Assistant Deputy Commandant for Combat Development & Integration on critical issues during the Operational Planning Team/transition process.• Coordinated with Manpower & Reserve Affairs on manning requirements for the Fiscal Year 2017 initial operational capability of the newly formed Deputy Commandant for Information staff.• Served as senior enlisted advisor during three cyber working groups in which results were briefed at the general officer level. Personally briefed the Deputy Commandant for Information on critical issues facing potential development of a cyber workforce.

• Responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, supervising, training, coordinating, and reporting activities of a 700+ employee battalion committed to combat operations.• Planned, coordinated, and oversaw deployment of 1000+ Marines to Afghanistan in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM and Operation FREEDOM'S SENTINEL.• Ensured the Battalion’s combat readiness and effectiveness by developing and implementing an aggressive and multifaceted sustainment training program.
