I am the Operations Manager for ATS Environmental. I pride myself on our ability to make things easy for our customers. We are really good at keeping things simple, so people can focus on more important things than worry about complicated environmental regulations.A lot of my ability to help customers comes from my experiences. I started as a field technician – as the guy that comes to the house and tests your tank. I’ve probably tested well over 5,000 tanks. I then moved to ATS E and did commercial compliance testing at gas stations and government buildings. This has given me a much better understanding of the nature of the job. More importantly, I have gained experience in explaining these technical details to our customers. I have the ability to speak with vast technical knowledge – but first and foremost I have the responsibility to speak to my customers in clear, plain English.I have recently been tasked with the responsibility of overseeing our above-ground storage tank testing division. No matter what type of tank, no matter what size tank, I have developed proven testing protocols and expertise in inspection, testing and guaranteed compliance reporting. With new government regulations requiring more stringent spill prevention planning in effect in November, the requirements for businesses to comply are rigid and unforgiving. With that in mind, I have positioned our company to be in the forefront of this market and plan on being the industry source of information on a national basis within the year.Specialties: Residential and commercial UST & AST tank testing, service station compliance testing including stage II vapor recovery, line and leak detector testing, cathodic protection, monitor certifications, secondary containment, Maryland 3rd party inspections
