Jon Adkins is the Director of Resident Services at the Housing Authority of Covington, Kentucky. He has proven experience as an proactive leader and housing professional in the industry of public housing and social services. He continues to thrive in community organizing, organizational development, youth development, and public speaking. More than a decade, Adkins had made it his mission to collaborate with residents, staff, HUD officials, politicians, funders and community partners to provide families equitable access to affordable housing and quality programs and services. Jon ‘s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Christian Leadership/Business from Lee University and nearly a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University. Jon holds multiple HUD certifications and most recently was part of the 2023 graduating class of the Executive Director Education Program (EDEP) from PHADA and Rutgers University - The Center for Government Services.
