Client Support Specialist
Current- As an MSP manage maintain and protect and provide services on client laptops desktops and servers using RMM Services. (Datto, Ninja RMM)- Provide technical support for our clients and assist with managing software/email licensing- Manage client used services: Azure, Google Workspace, Axcient 360 Sync/Recover.- Setup and deploy new workstations and provide system maintenance of applications and machines. - Provide technical support for our clients and assist with managing software/email licensing via ticketing system. - Windows server and workstation support, Cloud applications, Computer and Printer peripherals, LAN, VOIP, and A/V support.
