JONMAXGOH STUDIO is a multidisciplinary design studio that straddles the realms of visual art and fashion design. The studio aims to bring to light the ways in which we record memory, culture and identity: Informed by the past, inspired by the present, and designed for the future.

As Co-Founder and Creative Director, Jon overseas the Creative Vision, Art Direction and overall Design Strategy for the brand. From fibre to wardrobe, we aim to not only be a sustainable brand but an accountable one. This means knowing every step of our process, down to every detail of our product, from material, to chemicals, to the origin of our fibres. We immerse ourselves intimately by working tirelessly with each stakeholder and partner within our supply chain, ensuring that education is happening through conversations in both directions.Ultimately, we believe that clothing should be created for all, and we're passionate about making sure that we use the power of the fashion image as a medium to bring more bodies to the table of conversation - to be seen, heard and represented.This is our vision for the future of clothes.

Jon was an integral part of the pioneer team tasked to design and programme South-East Asia's first fashion and fashion-tech focused incubator.Run by trade association Textile And Fashion Federation (TAFF), and supported by Enterprise Singapore (ESG), the programme seeks to expose and mentor innovative fashion and fashion-tech start-ups on a journey through four key areas: internationalisation, technology, sustainability and Asian craft, as they re-consider business models in fashion.Guiding entrepreneurs in their journey towards getting closer to market readiness, championing better business through people, profit and planet, while adopting innovation and technology across the value chain, Jon worked with the team to deliver critical and strategic milestone touch-points for each business, pairing them up with industry expertise to address specific business or creative roadblocks in their journey. The customised programme also put together a series of talks, workshops and face-to-face opportunities with industry leading professionals from innovation and systems thinking, behavioural design, branding and design, material and chemical science, legal and finance, investment readiness and founder wellness/well-being.On top of this, Jon co-led the series titled "Industry Insights" for TaFF, which brought industry and business experts on discussion panels to touch on fundamental business strategies, tools and futures that would enable the development of the fashion industry in Singapore, keeping them up to date on the latest trends globally. Topics included Data Analytics and Merchandizing, Circular Economy in Fashion, and The Future of Marketing Strategies, to name a few.Some of the notable industry partners include:- EY Wavespace- Pixibo- hoolah- Ominlytics- Google- Shopify- International Fashion Incubators/Accelerators: The Mills Fabrica (Hong Kong), IFA (Paris), Le Village (Paris), FiSF (San Francisco)
