Working with global heads of business and the Global Head of Operations, I have defined the Global Target Operating Model (GTOM) for Asset Management Operations. I have created a reusable analysis framework to measure the business current state against the GTOM using a people, process, technology lens. I am currently using this data to produce and present business cases to the GCOO for initiatives to transition to the GTOM whilst taking advantage of outsourcing, offshoring, process redesign, and automation. I also represent Asset Management in group wide Business Architecture forums.

Business Requirement Lead for ‘big 4 bank’ on-boarding to new wealth management platform. I was responsible for the design and documentation of a new target operating model (TOM) and the integration of this into the client and supplier TOMs. I also implemented an analysis framework for mapping business processes using BPMN 2.0 and designed and implemented a traceability framework linking detailed operational procedures to process maps, the TOM, proposition documents, business requirements and test cases. I was also responsible for solution design in collaboration with the Lead Architect and software supplier.

As Requirement’s Lead I was responsible for the definition and implementation of a strategy for gathering, documenting and managing business requirements through the project life-cycle within the Platforms division of IFDS. I also completed a project to evaluate, select, secure funding and implement a requirements management tool (Blueprint) to support best practice and introduce new analysis techniques to the teams.In strategic initiatives, I was heavily involved with Agile transformation providing coaching and defining the framework, and the tooling, within which our remote teams operate. I also performed the Scrum Master Role for an automation project. I have worked on individual programmes, leading teams of Business Analysts and subject matter experts, working with remote operations teams and software vendors, and have been responsible for the planning and execution of all requirement related project activity within specific work streams.

UK lead for Transfer Agency change. I managed a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts working in both Agile and Waterfall frameworks and was responsible for the delivery of regulatory and client sponsored change as well as strategic product enhancement within the UK.I performed the Product Owner role for RUFUS/GTA in the UK and Europe managing work requests from internal Technology teams, Product Management and client demand. I also provided Agile coaching assistance to Scrum Masters involved in other work streams.

Lead Business Analyst with a technical and business background managing a team of BAs across the UK, Luxembourg and Dublin. Working with Operations, Product, Technology, Vendor and Delivery teams across both Agile and Waterfall frameworks to ensure requirements are captured, analysed and documented. Responsible for establishing and developing business analysis standards and best practice throughout the SDLC ensuring quality control of artefacts such as requirement catalogues, BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases and traceability matrices. Agile Coach and Transfer Agency Agile Champion responsible for the set up and continued support of new Agile teams, facilitation of project initiation, programme level Agile integration, setup of product backlogs, adherence to Agile practices and the smooth running of Agile teams within Transfer Agency.
