Specific include:• Extensive experience interacting with and providing guidance to C-level executives, audit committees and boards of directors.• Partnering with high-growth technology companies, including private equity owned, pre-IPO companies to advise on business imperatives such as IPO readiness.• Guiding companies on complex technical accounting matters and overseeing complex audit areas such as revenue recognition, business combinations, share-based payment, debt/equity transactions, income taxes and IT. • Delivering exceptional client experience through client-focused, proactive, technology forward approach with emphasis on collaboration, communication, project management, quality and efficiency.• Extensive experience with SEC and PCAOB requirements and providing guidance on financial reporting and regulatory requirements.• Significant experience building and leading high performing teams of 30+ and in developing and retaining key talent.• Involvement in IPO/S-1 registration statement process and other capital markets transactions as well as leading SOX-readiness projects.• Leading coordination with internal audit functions to reduce external audit effort and related audit fees.• Implementing the latest audit technology, increasing audit quality and efficiency, resulting in the reduction of hundreds of hours of time required by management to support the audit effort.• Local office resource for various audit quality matters.• Engagement quality reviewer for various audit engagements ensuring compliance with technical accounting and financial reporting requirements.• Market development, focusing on high-growth, technology companies.

Three-year national office rotation to serve companies and engagement teams on various auditing and technical accounting and financial reporting matters.
