This improved efficiency and reduced cycle times.Managed the North Gathering Line Flare T-Piece installation campaign, to allow for the collocating and operation of field gathering flares and producing wells. This contributed to increased gas production.Technically reviewed the project handover documentation of gas and water gathering systems, and well site facility static equipment, reducing the review times by 80%Developed and managed the execution of start-up plans for flexible scope (from well to FCS, and from the Access-to-Work milestone to steady-state production) achieving consistency with priorities for gas production and expediting production.Managed key stakeholders to achieve permitting and compliance pre-requisites, for bringing gathering systems and wells online. This enabled the business to reach the final stage gate of project execution and implement safe systems of work.
