I am currently at a turning point in my career: I am transitioning from the social and health care sector to the IT industry. The reason for this is that I want to be involved in improving digital systems, because I have witnessed the frustration of my co-workers with them. I also want my problem-solving skills and logical reasoning abilities to be put into practice properly.My career as a dental care professional started in 2019. In my career, I have received good feedback on my development and performance, not to mention the positive feedback from clients on my services. This is significantly influenced by my experience in customer service work, of which I have gained 13+ years of experience.
