The mission was to inspire people to buy a ”home computer” from Nicator. This was a Swedish IT-reform that existed at the time, enabling the Swedish people to acquire modern IT-equipment for a reasonable price. Creative idea and project management of selling material and marketing activities for Direct Mail, Public Relations, Telemarketing and Events, to position Nicator and maximize sale. Focus on bundling and change of communication strategy increased the sales heavily for accessories. Nicator set the sales record in 2005 and increased market share during 2006, on a declining market.
