I have worked in various roles within HR for 20+ years and have extensive knowledge and a proven track record from executive search & selection, talent acquisition, psychometrics and HRD/ HRM, with a mix of public and private sector experience. I´ve held a position as Nordic HR manager at a global medical company where I helped setting up the new structure post a large scale business divestment. I was also part of the Nordics group and held key responsibility of reporting all HR related issues and topics to HQ.During my career I have carried out a good number of career coaching assignments mostly in the private sector. Seeing people reach beyond their limits, unleashing potential, finding direction & purpose is what drives me at work.I have extensive experience in cross-border communication within the Nordics.
