HR Business Partner- Finland (Jan 2013 - Jan 2014)Rebuilding and organizing the HR activities on a local and Nordic level together with my Nordic colleagues after a company split. Focus was on setting up routines and procedures as well as building the HR function on a basic level regarding everything from daily employee issues to establishing a relationship with the management team and assisting them on a strategic level. We managed to build a basic HR structure which was later transferred to the Netherlands. I also took active part in restructuring the Northern European sales organization.HR Business Manager- Finland, Norway & Denmark(Jan 2014 - July 2014)Supporting all three countries as well as providing strategic support to the managers. There was a big organizational restructuring taking place in Northern Europe at the time, which I took active part in. As a result we successfully transferred parts of HR to the Netherlands and finalized the restructuring. Upon completion of the project there was a decision made to move the HR function out of the Nordics to the Netherlands, except for Sweden.

Personnel Officer/RecruiterFocus on strengthening the recruitment process by emphasizing on selection through in-depth interviews in combination with personnel assessments. There were also a few major top management changes ahead which I handled, due to my experience in executive search. I supported the managers in recruiting as well as working on issues regarding team building and competence development. I also participated in fairs at universities with focus on attracting future employees to PRV. I made quite a few successful hires and implemented some new processes. In June of 2009 we moved to Finland.

This included meeting with the client to set up candidate profiles and searching/targeting the best candidates mainly through various networks. Interviewing, assessing and selecting candidates, taking up references, writing summaries/reports and participating in the final selection with the client. I carried out all my assignments successfully, exceeded my goals and learned a lot about sales.

After graduating from university I was hired as a Recruitment Assistant with Arcus Management. Arcus later merged with Sims AB. I was initially hired as responsible for coordinating and supervising large search projects within IT. I also developed research methods from old school to being internet based. I gradually developed in my role to taking care of the entire recruitment process. At Sims I developed my recruiting skills and had the opportunity to meet many interesting business people within top management in Sweden. I believe I brought added value to the research function on a structural level and managed to emphasize the importance of a well-functioning research team to support the assignments.
