Vapa Media is a modern marketing communications agency with strong roots in digital content marketing and always-on thinking.My task was to develop work communities and culture using conceptual team intelligence coaching. An expert role where I also produced content. The task ended due to the COVID situation (the business unit was terminated).

Educo Valmennustalo Oy is a results-oriented and innovative training, coaching and expert house operating throughout Finland.The conceptualisation and implementation of my tailor-made coaching for clients, as well as the holding of my degree-leading trainings and business consulting for SMEs. I also participated in the development and sales of the work community. The themes of the coaching and trainings include functional marketing communications, brand building and service design, as well as various cultural development entities (such as self-management, appreciable interaction and feedback practices).My coaching feedback was 4.67/5.

I carried out the work community coaching I conceptualized, which together defined the values of the team or organisation and the common will for the future.As Customers, for example: IF, Turku Student Village Foundation (TYS), Turku University of Applied Sciences, Bo LKV, Rastor and Beiersdorf. The results include a new operating model for customer service, a 30% improvement in teamwork and increased mutual trust.

Bo LKV is a real estate agency. Over the past five years, Bo has expanded from a small real estate agency in Turku to a leading brand in the field in Finland.As a separate project, I acted as marketing manager for Bo LKV's new business area for the year.

Zeeland Family Oyj is a Finnish marketing service agency based in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark.I was managing director of a 22-person advertising agency and was involved in building an organisation for stock exchange condition for my part (in the Group Management Team). In my position, I was responsible for personnel, finance and led the marketing communications of several significant customer relationships. For years, for example, we built internal and external brand communications for the international market by the Ulvila logistics company Cimcorp. My special successes have also been building a brand and award-winning communications for the Finnish Defence Forces, HUS, Pori Jazz, Tunturi, Turku Energia and bringing a new kind of working model to those on parental leave. The most rewarding part of my work was both customer success stories and personnel who were extremely committed to doing so.
