In 2022 heb ik meegeholpen met het uitdenken en opzetten van Jong BPD. Vanaf april 2023 zijn we actief en organiseren we verschillende activiteiten voor Jong BPD'ers.

In my free time I love to work together with Global Young Leaders (global-youngleaders.com), where we work to create a space for young people to create life by their own design. Especially in times of Covid it was important to create this space to connect with others. The main focus of the organisation and the workshops we host is to engage in peer-to-peer conversations about life and to share our experiences and approaches on topics that really matter to us as unique individuals.

As part of my traineeship at Breinstein, I worked at the Information Management department of BPD. The Information Management (IM) department advises on automation and solves automation issues for all BPD colleagues.

During the 18 month traineeship information- and change management I got the chance to gain work experience. The assignments focus on the interface between the organization, IT and employees. My assignment: Functional Application Manager, Information Management, BPD.The following aspects were discussed:Lean Yellow Belt & Green Belt, Scrum, Storytelling, Time Management, Stress Management, Dealing With Resistance

Project management | (Proces-) Change | Finance | CommunicationI wrote my Master Thesis at the Credit Control (Finance) departement at Booking.com, combined with an internship. My thesis and research was focused on the organization & management and their implementation of (proces/operational) changes. I also looked at ways to improve the internal communication.
