Member of the board reporting to the CEO, responsible for all aspects of the client delivery; from working with colleagues at the lead/contract stage; through recruitment/resourcing, development and delivery; on to long-term client management and product lifecycle management. Managing Account Management, Configuration, Data Quality and Service Delivery teams to deliver all elements of the client experience. Working with the board to define future product, systems and brand strategy. Also responsible for the Finance function of the business, including annual budgeting and reforecasting, AP/AR, cash-flow, statutory and management reporting, and project/investment analysis.Key achievements:• Period of strong, sustained revenue and profitability growth• Delivery of 20 new solution implementations for global brands and >240 customer feature enhancement projects• Recruitment, management and development of 5 distinct teams• Implementation of new ITSM service desk solution and automated SLA management/reporting processes• Supporting the sale and transition of the business to new owners

Expanding upon the “Production Manager” role, with additional responsibility for the specification, development and delivery of all client products, including client management, development and up-sell. Managing a team of in-house business analysts and off-shore programmers, to design, build, configure and launch a range of bespoke software solutions. Restructuring teams and developing a multi-lingual support team to support significant growth in Europe.

Joining a data focused start-up in its first months, with responsibility for defining and building the service delivery and solution configuration teams, along with establishing the processes to support growth in a data quality and accuracy focused environment. Delivering numerous new customer implementations and extensions, launch events and both customer and staff training. The role also involved assisting with future product/feature definition and new customer bids.

Responsible for various areas of the accounts function: including administering European consultancy services, credit control, invoicing, expenses, and cost analysis, amongst others, whilst providing Excel based accounts solutions and reports. Working to implement new software and procedures. Liaising with management, staff and software suppliers to develop the requirement, configure, setup and initiate the system. Providing application support to staff and management to increase efficiency and financial accuracy.

Temporary work in a number of accounts offices. Working in general accounts roles, assisting with specific accounts projects and providing agile solutions targeting efficiency gains. Liaising with senior staff and suppliers as part of a team, and as an individual, to assist with various projects.

Product Management and Analysis role, to provide a range of automotive clients with monthly management reports. The role included working in, and managing every aspect of the product from data collection, processing, report production and validation to product development and client liaison, as well as assisting colleagues with developing other products.
