Responsibilities:○ Provide system support to both internal and external team members, ensuring a stable connection to all appropriate Usay systems & services○ To maintain and upgrade the company telephony services (both client and server side)○ Administration of Active Directory accounts on the Usay Compare domain, including the setup of new starters and the archiving of left users documentation etc.○ Repair and replace faulty IT peripherals (headsets, mice. monitors etc.)○ Maintenance of all company Microsoft Servers (including physical and VMware virtual)○ Build & maintain workstations for new/existing users ensuring that they have appropriate applications and permissions settings relevant to their job role○ Decommission work stations for ex-users○ Maintain and monitor internet access ensuring employees can access the companies offsite systems & servers○ Set up, configure, implement and maintain company email accounts and operating systems such as Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013 and Exchanger server○ Monitor activity on the network ensuring all employees and on the applicable gateways appropriate to their department○ Maintain and keep up to date the companies Kaspersky Anti-Virus Solutions○ First point of contact for hardware issues within the business and where possible implement remedies and recommend solutions for prevention moving forward○ Work with the software developers to ensure all internal applications work as efficiently as possible○ Sourcing and purchasing of hardware/software for day to day business operations and reporting to management any additional adhoc requirements and any potential issues that may occur○ Management of all internal network printer and scanner systems○ Administering to the File & Print servers including the setup/maintenance of permissions and network shares and aiding in the recovery of lost data using shadow copy

○ All aspects of customer service○ Booking in and out of goods ○ Opening and closing of store○ Covering stores across the UK ○ Assisting the senior store manager○ Completion of Management training program○ Acting manager, in absence of senior team both in home store and other stores throughout the South West
