A project for which I was awarded SCC IBE, "Outstanding Student of the year".Developed and Implemented a business plan for a nonprofit that hired and trained ex-offenders.Employed people as a subcontractor for HUD forclosures as property preservation specialist.Hired, Trained, motivated exoffenders. I was involved in all aspects of this endevor.

Under department head supervision I designed and implemented the departments work request order scheduling for all the routine programs. Worked as a liaison between city and contractors overseeing and monitoring progress on large capital improvement jobs.Operate water distribution system by utilizing computerized telemetry system to maintain and regulate flows, pressures, and water quality. Analyze, compile, and collate system data to make precise decisions for system operations. Maintain and operate pumps, motors, and valves in underground vaults and above ground pump stations. Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems in the telemetry system and related equipment. Develop and compile water operation and maintenance standard operating procedures. Previous to this position (T.S.)I worked as a Water Maintenance Technician.Operated heavy equipment and various hand and power tools to excavate dirt and dig trenches to install pipes.
