Member of P&G's Tesco Global Customer team. Working "in house" at Tesco, I was responsible for driving the growth of Tesco's share of the total Health and Beauty market, both in the UK and Internationally. During this assignment I gained invaluable insights in to the "internal workings" of one of the world's leading retailers. Led the development of the first multi country shopper marketing campaign within Tesco. Project led P&G’s first beauty multi brand commercial initiative from conception through to implementation across UK and Ireland

I had full commercial P&L responsibility for the Duracell brand for the Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Grew the business from $100M to $250M.

I led the marketing and P&L delivery of the Braun portfolio across Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe region. I created and deployed the strategy for the region which delivered both top line and bottom line growth.

P&L responsibility for categories within the Braun Household portfolio. Developed new business model for the Steam Iron portfolio, doubling the business in less than 3 years and becoming market leader across several European markets.

Responsible for the Braun Hair Care portfolio in the UK. Grew business to become UK market leader.

Working within the Retail division, I led the brand teams responsible for Shockwaves, Vosene, Silvikrin and Wella Care System.

Working within the Salon division (B2B), I was responsible for the Styling portfolio and creating sales programs to drive increased retail sales.
