Substantial knowledge of the government network and systems, specifically with integration into IPHR and BATS.­Overhauled the onboarding process of contact tracing staff reducing the process from 1 week to 24 hours. Creating PowerShell scripts and operational processes to reduce time.Worked as part of a fast-paced team ensuring Jersey’s COVID response was running smoothlyExtensive knowledge of Microsoft licensing along with experience using Azure AD web portals.In-depth knowledge of the local Governments IT systems and integrations with each other.
