I took on full leadership responsibility for the Huxley brand in 2020 and steered the business to over 250% growth in the years that followed. This was achieved through a clear vision and strategy that focused on People, Customers & Performance. Internally, Huxley at my time of exit was positioned as the largest stand-alone profit centre in the UK and was the most profitable in Sthree’s UK business. I played a key role in the introduction of the group’s Project Services & Solutions offering and this service accounted for 30% of the financial services sector net fees in 2023.

My career with Sthree/ Huxley started as a trainee recruitment consultant on a Commercial Technology contract desk. In my first year with the business, I was awarded rookie of the year for my achievements. I was selected to help Huxley build a public sector offering, quickly building a new market from the ground up, eventually moving into the core offering (now the exclusive offering) of Financial Services.Throughout the years I successfully navigated through the levels of recruitment consultant, senior recruitment consultant, principal consultant and then entering into sales team management winning a number of personal and team accolades along the way.
