Led, developed and delivered a £1m three-year customer research and stakeholder engagement strategy, providing insights to develop and produce a £1.8bn business plan (2023-2028) proposal for regulator, Ofgem.This involved, planning, strategy and delivery of phased programme incorporating focus groups, willingness to pay research, acceptability testing, deliberative panels, an online community, events, public relations and public affairs.Reporting and monitoring were key, including monthly reporting to a an independent scrutiny group (Customer Engagement Group) as well as to project team, executive team, and board.
