As a council member for the Gehrson Lehrman Group, I provide consultations to a variety of clients on my insights into the enterprise technology market. As an account executive with MTM Technologies, my role involved both managing existing and acquiring net new clients for which I provided expertise guiding them towards purchase decisions for technology and services. My focus had traditionally been in the virtualization space, but grew to include data center and systems management solutions as well. I have represented MTM at a number of trade shows/conferences including Citrix Synergy, HIMSS, Briforum, and others.

As a Cyberklix Account Manager, it was my duty to continue to develop business for my clients and expand into new clients through prospecting. As an Academic Technology Advisor, I am responsible for interacting with IT professionals in schools in the following territories: ND, SD, MT, ID, AK, and HI.In this consultative role, I make recommendations as to which academic software titles will most help schools meet state standards support the variety of different learning environments that school's are in today.

My employment at MTM actually started as an Inside Sales Associate for Vector ESP. I quickly moved through the ranks developed my own department focused around renewal sales of Citrix licensing as it had proved to be both successful and profitable for the organization.I managed a team of 8 Licensing Specialists (otherwise known as Contract Renewal Specialists) and developed comp plans, set quotas, and constantly exceeded targets set by management in the company.I was laid off in April of 2007 as a part of a slew of cut-backs that the company was making to reduce overhead throughout the organization. After having built the renewal business for them and forced it to grow, the company reduced it's employed staff significantly to cut costs and I was an unfortunate part of that, even though my department was extremely profitable and never missed a goal.
