Under his direction, his former company Strategic Aeronautics created a custom software suite that was tailored to a specific handheld device used by Federal Air Marshals. it worked flawlessly first time it was demonstrated. Jon also led a team of engineers to work with me to outfit one of our FAA R&D test aircraft with a special avionics package in support of the Small Aircraft Transportation System (SATS) program. There were numerous integration issues as we installed the best new technology in a very old aircraft. Jon and his team created customized EFB software that was a pleasure for me to run. Jon is a disciplined worker, driven, and a complete gentleman. He is a pleasure to work with. I am looking forward to the next opportunity to work with Jon again, because I love to learn !"
