Responsible for RouteOne's level II support team. In addition to level II, I am also responsible for managing the relationship with our vendor who provides level I support. My seven (7) person team is responsible for troubleshooting and escalating complex auto finance and technology issues. We are a customer facing team and it is my goal to be the voice of the customer - providing feedback to our development teams and acting on customers' behalves when prioritizing new features. A major component to this role is ensuring the right team members are attacking the right issues. We're able to run very lean, yet very effective.

I was responsible for strategically developing and building profitable existing customer relationships and developing new customers. This position focused on retaining and/or penetrating our existing finance source customer base using consultative selling. My portfolio included over 300 finance sources which included many of the top 25 (including 2nd largest) auto lenders in the US. I acted as the main point of contact and focused on learning customers’ businesses, products, operations, and trends in the auto finance industry.

Managed the reporting team which reports to executive staff, sales, and our owners. In addition to the reporting team, I also managed a four (4) person team responsible for an internal process which connected our customers from a technical standpoint. Another aspect of my role was to managed the operational strategy of the IBM Cognos implementation. Worked directly with sales executives to assist in creating new sales strategies and visions as well as assist with sales operations management. In addition to strategic reporting, I was responsible for managing our Salesforce.com implementation which included working closely with the vendor and 3rd party implementation company.

Worked closely with the sales and marketing team to create new strategies which would quickly improve volumes and revenues. Led the transition team to implement IBM Cognos.

Responsible for financial reporting and analysis for the eight (8) US Chrysler business centers. Utilized business intelligence tools (BO, Cognos) to create and distribute ad hoc and canned reports. Report content included margin reporting, profit reporting, market share, and budget tracking in excess of $75m. Also responsible for on-site operational audits for all eight (8) business centers.
