Responsible for delivery of Distribution Growth Strategy, Vision & Execution of the Parmenion Platform Proposition and DFM Solutions to the UK Intermediary market, through Leadership of 4 field based Regional Sales Manager team across the North and a team of 6 National phone-based Business Development Managers based in the Bristol head office.

Responsible for the distribution of GBST Composer solutions (ARC, Workplace ARC, One Retirement and Aegon Platform) as well as Protection and Internal Fund solutions to the intermediated adviser market through a panel of Strategic Partners (including Nationals, Networks, Service Providers and Execution Only Brokers).

Manage and lead a team of Office Based Strategic Partnership Managers.Directly responsible for design and delivery of the sales strategy across a remotely based multifunctional sales team to ensure Aegon maximises the opportunities in the Platform marketspace.

Manage and lead both the Sales Development and Office Based Strategic Partnership Managers in our London, Witham and Hove Sales Offices.Directly responsible for design and delivery of the sales strategy specifically for the Sales Development team - to identify, manage and enhance client relationships across a large panel of intermediaries that fall outside.
