Hi I'm Jon. I'm a no-nonsense ICT technician. When it comes to ICT (computing stuff) I’m a natural born problem solver and have always enjoyed the sense of satisfaction in getting a job done and seeing a happy customer. In business you live or die by the work you do and as director of Integrity Technology Services I am happy to say that our team has a great reputation built over the years. My background in corporate ICT spans over 20 years so I like to think I know what does, and what doesn't work. In 2010, in the middle of a global recession I left a secure job with a busy IT firm to setup Integrity Technology. I had a few £ and a handful of customers who stuck by me. People said I was mad but I believed in my product and service. I started as a one man band. Years down the line, I now head a team of 6 excellent technicians. In 2012 we moved into our new base in Boldon which has proved to be a bit of a catalyst as we have experienced an impressive run of new client wins. It’s been a whirlwind but we are obviously doing something right. We have a broad range of customers ranging from small consultancies to larger firms with over 150 employees and all the technology headaches that come with it!
