Information security analyst role supporting NASA AMES research center (Moffett Field, CA)

I served as a primary point of contact for customers, engineering and product management team as well as the rest of the company. Our role is to ensure early releases of our software are released with as minimal number of issues and defects as can be determined during the development, verification, support and maintenance phases of the SDLC.

I served as one of the key contributors to the team's function as we practiced and trained others on networking.

I worked as a development engineer and test engineer on user interface and server side components. The projects I was responsible for include network management topology/visualization software (i.e. ciscoworks campus manager), wireless network device management (i.e. wireless LAN solution engine) software and network security device event management (i.e. Cisco monitoring and analysis response system) software.

As an cooperative student, I performed root cause analysis in support of customer issues. I also evaluated, analyzed, re-designed a high volume production chip design. The chip was shipped to customers shortly after implementation was completed.
