I enjoy fast-paced environments that require detailed strategy, complex decision making, creativity, and most of all, strong cross-functional relationships in and outside of the company. My greatest opportunities have been to build and train a sales organization in Europe while also revising business strategies for our Canadian region and implementing new operations/supply chain initiatives and strengthening domestic and overseas partnerships.With over 10 years of business management and leadership experience that includes everything from new customer acquisition, contract negotiations, and more in depth client relations to leading successful teams, I have enjoyed finding the best ways to serve clients and customers while simultaneously growing the organizations I work for and having mutually beneficial partnerships. My primary experience is in account/brand management, sales, and strategy at high growth stage companies. Having received an MBA (with an entrepreneurship emphasis) from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University, I've added more tools to my arsenal and business acumen that will allow me to take on bigger challenges and solve bigger problems more efficiently and effectively for organizations I'm passionate about. My ultimate goal is to create, build and run my own business or division of a company!I am married with two daughters and a son on the way, my family is my why! Having fun with them and training for/running Spartan Races are how I like to spend my free time.
