I came to RMH right after college and began my career as an electrical engineer. The large variety of projects and opportunities helped me develop my technical skills and professional experience. Along the way I earned my PE license and grew into a project management role. As the years and projects continued, I learned internal operations and external strategies. This groomed me for taking over the leadership of the team/group I'd worked with over my whole career. It was exciting and rewarding to be involved in strategic planning, daily operations, financial tracking, staff leadership and client relations.After 16 years, it was time to step away for a break to reset some of life's basics at home. I'm thankful for all that I learned from the people and projects at RMH over the years, and grateful for the ways it allowed me to grow both professionally and personally.
