I expanded TDC's customer base and leading the improvement of TDC's online presence. This includes the building and managing of the social media content for Facebook (@DriveTDC), Instagram (@DriveTDC), and YoutTube (Transport Distribution Company (TDC)). With driver recruitment being a key to the growth of most trucking companies I also manage TDC's online recruitment channels such as Monster, Indeed, Craigslist, Facebook Ads, Google AdWords and other various online resources.

I am part of a team which is deploying the Customer and Product Profitability model (CPP initiative) at key Leggett and Platt facilities. Through analyzing the time spent on processes, special customer needs, and product requirements we are able to supply Business Units and Branches with the tools they need to better understand their customer and product margins.

Lead financial and operational internal audit teams. Helped new co-workers grow by challenging them to purse issues that they discovered and encourage them to question the status quo.

Completed financial and operational audits quickly and efficiently through leveraging the advance use of Excel and the proper allocation of time. I developed an excel document that was able to quickly analyze who performed key financial functions at a facility and compare the result to the required segregation of duties set by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. I also completed Leggett & Platt's Nexus program which trained me on implementing continuous improvement methods in the corporate work places. With this training I was became Internal Audit's CI Facilitator and lead the department into several CI projects and a rapid continuous improvement event (RCI).

I was the opening manager for The Plaza of Webb City, Webb City Circle, and Kristin Lane Duplexes. During the construction process of the complex I was able to lease a large portion of the units prior the units being finished, and in some cases even started. I was able to do this by building trust with our future residents and remained in constant contact with them. At this time I developed our Facebook page which allowed me to give all of our future residents visual updates on the progress of their apartment. I also built auto-filled PDF leasing documents that replaced the hard copy manual forms that were being used. The switch to the new auto-fill PDF system cut the time of completing a leasing packet by roughly 70%.

While working towards my Bachelors Degree I worked as the Assistant Property Manager for The Plaza Apartments.I assisted the property manager with the daily needs of the complex as well as worked independently when the property manager was off-site.
