Provide professional management of the Fulton County GA P25 simulcast 800 MHz TDMA radio system. This includes the support and sustainment of the County Interoperability plans/technologies. Lead all aspects of system design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the new radio system. Administrative duties includes active UASI program representation for the county, manage the Tactical Interoperable Communications Plan (TICP) for Fulton County, implementing standard operating procedures, plans, training, and exercises. Managing and overseeing communication studies, network reliability and quality improvements including the daily operation of the P25 radio communications system. Participates in the coordination of all stakeholders, Political Subdivisions, Vendors, and staff to ensure business objectives and goals are met.

Responsible for teams of application analysts who maintain the county enterprise applications - Tax management software (Supporting the Tax Commissioner and Tax Assessor’s offices as well as the Board of Equalization), Comprehensive Justice Information Systems (court technology and law enforcement systems). Managed a Unified Justice Case Management System project ($14+Million) to ensure accurate and effective results from this critical project. Scope spans entire county justice system – from Law Enforcement to all prosecutor (DA/Solicitor General) roles,on into all courts within Fulton County. Managed risks, deliverables, and relationships of all involved with the project. (Odyssey suite from Tyler Technologies). Responsible for managing a team of application analysts supporting all court, law enforcement, public safety related departments with their application needs.
