Jon is a seasoned business leader with extensive expertise in post-merger business transformation, driving growth and value for stakeholders through strategic change. His career began with an entrepreneurial venture during university, and since then, he has gained diverse experience across industries, including event management, TV production, marketing, e-commerce, and retail.As Executive Chair of Retail Marketing Limited, Jon led the successful merger and rebranding of the group into Welbee’s supermarkets. Later, as CEO, he oversaw a significant business transformation, increasing market share, expanding the customer base, and driving store expansion. His ability to navigate complex post-merger integrations was key to Welbee’s growth. Jon stepped down from the role in October 2024 to pursue new personal ventures.He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, an MBA, and is certified in Cognitive Behavioural Coaching. Jon has also worked internationally, including in Sydney and New York, further enriching his global business perspective.
