Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of a 425 bed Army Medical Center comprised of 32 ORs for trauma, inpatient and surgery in the DoD's only Level 1 Trauma and Emergency Center. Introduce disruptive technologies and lead the execution of technology operations, platforms and partnerships. Manage the information technology (IT) infrastructure and resources across a broad spectrum of Information Management Division (IMD) service areas to include: computer and server engineering, wired and wireless networks, telecommunications, and IT customer services. Direct IT programs, projects, initiatives and priorities to enhance clinical and administrative operations in the Medical Center. Supervise 4 civilian branch chiefs; responsible for an IT workforce of 55 Government Civilians and 63 contract staff.

Platoon Trainer and Instructor at the Army Medical Department's (AMEDD) Center and School Basic Officer Leader Course (BOLC) for the AMEDD All-Corps, Reserve Component, and Health Professions Scholarship Program initial entry training (IET) programs. Responsible for the development and implementation of a performance base curriculum in the areas of force health protection, Army's Warriors Task and collective training, force structure, Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), and leadership skills. Directly responsible for the technical and tactical application of leadership for over 2,500 students annually. Served as the cadre team leader for four civilian instructors; ensured Program of Instruction (POI) builds agile, competent, and professional leaders. Served as a specialty instructor in the 70B (Field Medical Assistant) Track Phase and primary instructor for Restorative Physical Readiness Training (rPRT)
