CurrentAt ICS I primarily work with Qt and C++ on embedded systems, primarily on ARM processors, but some Intel, Mips, etc as well. OS is primarily Linux, but doing a little Android too.Main main work these days involves embedded Linux work with Yocto and related technologies to board bringup, primarily for medical devices (most recently), and a variety of other industries - pallet wrappers, cable spoolers, and other things. In 2014-2015, I was involved in a project writing open source device drivers for IoT (Internet of Things) devices, such as accelerometers, gyroscopes, temperature, humidity, and pressure sensors to name a just a few, utilizing GPIO, SPI, I2C, ADC, UART, and other hardware interfaces. These drivers are MIT licensed and written in C and C++ and are meant to be used on Linux systems as well as the Intel Zephyr RTOS which runs on certain microcontrollers like the Arduino 101. Definitely a fun project!
